Hi, I am a newcomer to contributing to pypy, but I'm fairly good in python & c. I would like to contribute to PyPy. Are all ideas listed in Potential project list <http://doc.pypy.org/en/latest/project-ideas.html#potential-project-list> eligible for GSOC. Where should I probably get started? Regards, Ishan
