Thanks for the heads-up. The file upload indeed failed, and the zip-file on the download site was incomplete. I have re-uploaded the file, and the sha356sum hashes should now match.

Try again? I purged the CDN cache with `curl -X PURGE https://downloads.python.org/pypy/pypy3.10-v7.3.16-win64.zip` <https://downloads.python.org/pypy/pypy3.10-v7.3.16-win64.zip> and now I get the correct download.
