I filed an issue in PyPy's name with Atlassian about spam pull requests on the PyPy hg repo, it is annoying to decline them. Here is the text of the issue (reference BBS-42969): "We have been getting pull requests like this one https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/pull-requests/492/niconico-translator/diff Pure garbage. I recieved this response from Atlassian, so I guess it pays to try to report abusers "Hi Mattip, Thank you for the report. These PRs were indeed created by spam users and I went ahead and removed the user accounts completely. Please, feel free to let us know if you need anything further. Cheers,"
