OSCON turned down my proposal for a PyPy interim report

Said there were too many good proposals this year. Maybe we need a larger Python section, then. Laura

Lots of good talks were rejected. It's a chicken-and-egg problem. The more people stuff the Python sections in a given year, the easier it is to argue for more time allocated to Python on the +1'th year. --da
