2.3 release is close, please help triage the open bugs

The consensus on IRC is that we are ready to release PyPy 2.3 Please help triage the bugs on bugs.pypy.org, and mark your favorite release-critical one with the 2.3 Release tag. We could also use a name for the release, suggestions are welcome. This precisely *fails* to give you any concrete idea about what changed in PyPy 2.3 :-) This "Highlights" list contains exactly the same bullet points as the 2.2.0 release announcement. You should point people to https://bitbucket.org/pypy/pypy/raw/release-2.3.x/pypy/doc/release-2.3.0.rst , which contains the most up-to-date version of the file.
