Also, this is the first release to include a 3.1.0 version of the Enthought Tool Suite (http://code.enthought.com/), featuring Mayavi 3.1.0. This is also the first release to use Enthought's enhanced version of setuptools, Enstaller (http://code.enthought.com/projects/enstaller/).
