Announcing PyData/Sparse 0.9.1

I’d like to announce the release of PyData/Sparse 0.9.1. PyData/Sparse is available on conda-forge and PyPI. PyData/Sparse is a package that provides sparse arrays conforming to the NumPy API, along with a subset of NumPy operations on sparse arrays.
