how to completely uninstall python 2.7 on Windows

Hi there, Please help me to uninstall Python 2.7 on Windows. I want to install Python 3, and new python packages are all installed for Python 2.7, even I tried uninstalling approaches i searched from web to uninstalling previous versions. Thanks, Jiajun Shi
