Grig Gheorghiu, Jason Huggins and I have just finished a book, _An Introduction to Testing Web Applications with twill and Selenium_. It is available as an inexpensive e-book through O'Reilly: http://www.oreilly.com/catalog/functionalwt/ While the entire book uses Python throughout, the last chapter of the book should be particularly interesting for Python programmers: it introduces testing of the simple Django "poll" application with both Selenium and twill.
