That's my fault - I forgot to include it in the

distribution!

I've just made another release (0.4.3.1) which fixes this.

It also fixes another problem, too: the Lexicon.pickle file wasn't getting installed, which caused some people problems when they tried to run Pyrex from a read-only directory.
