Munkware, a transactional and persistent queueing mechanism, is proud to announce version 0.1 for public consumption. Bug fixes/enhancements include: - improved recoverability in the event of system crash - example code which is more functional (i.e. they die nicely now ;-) - and modification of transactional syntax (from *_ack() to *_commit() and un_*() to *_rollback()) The Sourceforge Project page is located at http://sourceforge.net/projects/munkware/ and the project home page is located at http://munkware.sourceforge.net/ Future plans for Munkware include: - Better documentation with diagrams of state traversal - Auto-commit functionality - Transactional and persistent queueing server with (possibly) a SOAP interface If you have any suggestions, please feel free to email them to me. If you just think that this project sucks, email that, too. Jeremy Jones
