From the word itself, pycatalog is a python based catalog generator. It can output book and card catalog in Portable Document Format (PDF). It is created using Python programming language, SQLite embeded-database, Reportlab python reportab generator and wxPython, a loadable GUI module for Python. It is platform independent, it will run on Windows, Linux and Mac operating system. Its primary puspose is to convert the MARC data into a printable card and book catalog
