ANN: Enjuewemela 0.4.1
Enjuewemela is yet another similar game to the popular "Bejeweled" or "Diamond Mine". The game basics is to make alignment of 3 or more gems, both vertically or horizontally by swapping adjacent gems. It's (of course) written in Python, using the cocos2d game framework. Version 0.4.1 brings lots of new features and bugfixes; the highlights are: - New game style! Crazy mode! Try it, you'll like it. - We have a brand new 3.0 web site! Check it out: http://enjuewemela.taniquetil.com.ar/ (it even has a Donations button) - Refactored completely the audio backend: the new one is more portable, faster, and should just make its work without you having to know anything about it - It now installs in the desktop! With this, you can execute the game through the Applications menu The easiest way of installing it, if you have Debian or Ubuntu, is using this installer: http://launchpad.net/enjuewemela/trunk/0.4.1/+download/enjuewemela-0.4.1.deb If you want to automatically get the new updates, you can subscribe to the PPA; open a command line and type: sudo add-apt-repository ppa:facundo/enjuewemela In any other case, you can install it from the tarball: http://launchpad.net/enjuewemela/trunk/0.4.1/+download/enjuewemela-0.4.1.tar... Enjoy it! -- . Facundo Blog: http://www.taniquetil.com.ar/plog/ PyAr: http://www.python.org/ar/
