Pyfort - Python/Fortran connection tool

Pyfort is a tool for connecting Python to Fortran. Using a syntax similar to Fortran 95's interface blocks, Pyfort produces a Python module that can be linked together with the Fortran routines to enable them to be called from Fortran. The document is http://xfiles.llnl.gov/pyfort.pdf; it is in Acrobat format. Pyfort can be downloaded at ftp://ftp-icf.llnl.gov/pub/python/pyfort.tgz. It is 100% Pure Python; no compilation is required; however, you will need both C and Fortran compilers for your application. Pyfort has been released for unlimited redistribution; please see the file Legal.htm in the distribution. Paul F.
