PERMPOLYSP is a block cipher (with authentication) with substitutions of bit groups with pseudo-randomly determined permutation polynomials mod 2**n and pseudo-random permutations of bytes. It employs in its algorithm a number of mechanisms with the goal to enhance the dynamics/variability of runtime encryption processing. Available at:
