A quick announcement for a new micro-project at sourceforge. ReadWriteSPSS (https://sourceforge.net/projects/readwritespss/) is to hold files to read and eventually write the file format of the statistics program SPSS. This post announces the first release of SPSSread.py, a Python file that tries to read SPSS files and is released under the GNU GPL.
