ANN: pandas v0.20.1 released

Hi all, I'm happy to announce that pandas 0.20.0 and 0.20.1 have been released. Pandas 0.20.1 contains a single additional change from 0.20.0 for backwards compatibility with projects using pandas' utils methods. See https://github.com/pandas-dev/pandas/pull/16250. This is a major release from 0.19.2 and includes a number of API changes, several new features, enhancements, and performance improvements along with a large number of bug fixes.
