Hi.
As I have been re-working my servers I am not sure if the lack of contact I have with the bot server is self-inflected, or is it down?
is all I see.
Michael
Glad to hear.
p.s. - there is some historical root cause that causes the AIX builds (some at least) to be immense, even when they pass.
/The Buildbot has detected a failed build on builder PPC64 AIX 3.x while building python/cpython. Full details are available at: //https://buildbot.python.org/all/#builders/227/builds/1092//Buildbot URL: //https://buildbot.python.org/all///Worker for this Build: edelsohn-aix-ppc64/
Is a failed example.
A PR I put in (https://github.com/python/cpython/pull/19759) - while not a perfect solution - it seems to clear up most of spurious warnings.
My question, has been, and is: is a NEWS blurb needed?
I am trying to clear the noise. I am open to a better solution - if my "quick fix" is not going to be good enough.
Regards, Michael
