For clang, you can put me my name. But maybe this one should be removed (or moved to Tier 3 if we consider adding it) if there is no second volunteer core dev.
RHEL and Fedora packages are built by GCC. Fedora only recently allowed some specific packages, like Firefox, to be built by clang. But IMO it's useful to look at clang warnings and errors, they usually spot interesting portability issues and real bugs.
All FreeBSD packages are built with clang.
