[python-committers] Erlend Aasland is now a member of Python Triage team

I am very happy to share that Erlend Aasland is now a member of the Python Triage team. https://github.com/python/core-workflow/issues/402

Erlend improved the sqlite3 module for the recent period and he shows notable knowledge about sqlite3. So I believe that his contribution will enhance the CPython project and I think that he is well deserved to get triage permission.
