[python-committers] Mercurial commit url is broken

Hi,

I clicked on a Mercurial commit number from: http://bugs.python.org/issue18383#msg249581

It points me to: http://hg.python.org/lookup/c1396d28c440

... which displays short error message:

"c1396d28c440" hash is 12 hex characters long.
