I've now uploaded 2.6.8rc1 to its super sekrit location and added 2.6.8 pages to www.python.org. I won't fiddle the sidebar links until we actually release 2.6.8 final, and I think we're waiting on all the other releases being tagged and ready to do a joint announcement.
You should be able to 2.6.8 by url hacking from the 2.6.7 pages.
