Do we have a contact over at Travis-CI? Their Linux build infrastructure has become crazily slow lately, something is clearly going wrong.

Donald has always been our intermediary as he has connections over there.
Also realize that Circle CI came forward on the core-workflow mailing list asking if we were willing to switch, but I didn't hear back after saying what we would probably need to make the switch.
