I was wondering if there was any movement on PEPs 634-636?
As Guido mentioned on another PEP, time is running out to get this into 3.10.

As I understand it, we’re the next PEP “in line” for a ruling. I imagine it could happen soon (but I know the SC has been quite busy).
If anybody is interested in getting this (huge) feature into the hands of alpha testers as quickly as possible once they *do* make their decision, the implementation has an open PR that you can review today:

It won’t matter, of course, if the PEP is rejected. But if it’s accepted, more work now hopefully means less work later!
