Generating "canonical argument call" from `getargspec` and `getcallargs` results

I was happy to see the new `getcallargs` function in the `inspect` module. But there's one thing I want to do that's related to it, and maybe this was implemented somewhere or someone can give me some pointers about it. I want to have a function that takes the results of `getargspec` and `getcallargs` for a function and a set of arguments, and outputs the "canonical argument call" that would generate these results. Shared Folders Under Vista

Folders that I create with Cygwin using mkdir appear to be shared - sort of. They are denoted with the shared folder icon, and when I use Windows Explorer to delete them I get the warning about the folder being shared. When I look at the folder's properties, however, Explorer insists the the folder is not shared. Several issues that I'm involved with (listed below) are ready for commit, as far as I can tell. They have a patch, and either a core developer has positively reviewed the patch or the patch is a straightforward implementation of a core developer's suggested approach.
