You can even select indvidually inside a file which lines to commit or not. A bit risky but very handy when you have a few oneliners to commit or not to commit.
You mean, TortoiseHg supports incremental commits on a single file? That's kind of neat, but scary. ;)
The record extension lets regular Mercurial do that as well. I think git supports a similar thing. -Brett
