I'm irritated that Steven is spreading FUD although Mark's documents clearly states his intention [1]: The PSF seems to be the obvious organization to coordinate funding. Mark is asking the PSF to organize a fund raiser and to act as a trustee. This is the most logical and reasonable approach. We don't want to have another requests incident, do we? For stage 2-4 Mark is also willing to put his reputation and financial security in jeopardy *and* give the PSF half of the income in exchange for little risk.
