Now I am having a small issue and I was wondering how I can solve it.
So I would like to know who should I contact to be able to work on that issue together ?
Please understand how open source development works: lots of volunteers, few formal commitments. If you feel it's a "political issue", and best resolved by signing contracts and whatnot, contact the PSF. If it's a technical issue that you consider a bug, or missing feature, you can discuss it here - unless you can already formulate a specific bug report, which should go to bugs.python.org. If it's technical, but requires signing an NDA to learn what the issue is, it will be very difficult. Everything we do in Python is public, archived, indexed, and visible in any way you can imagine.
