United States: 283M India: 125M Pakistan: 108M Nigeria: 79M Philippines: 64M United Kingdom: 60M Germany: 45M US and UK (and Germany) are majority white, but the others are pretty small minorities. So by eyeball, that seems to add up to a good number more black and brown English speakers than white ones. Of course...
