One more consideration: some people may compare the "scariness" of the Python license against, say, the Tcl license - and choose accordingly. It's not even about content: seeing that new license, or the Perl licenses for that matter, it sends out a strong message IMO: you are entering the world of lawyers. Proceed with caution.
