[Python-Dev] OT : Cannot login to PyPI using MyOpenId

I realized that PyPI accepts MyOpenId and tried to login to the site. In the process I get this message : {{{ OpenID provider did not provide your email address }}} I mean, is it mandatory to provide the e-mail address in order to bind a user to an OpenId ?
