      Round about line 1088 of Tools/msi/msi.py, lib-tk is added to the
PythonPath:

    ("PythonPath", -1, prefix+r"\PythonPath", "",
    "[TARGETDIR]Lib;[TARGETDIR]DLLs;[TARGETDIR]lib-tk", "REGISTRY"),

Shouldn't that be this instead?

    ("PythonPath", -1, prefix+r"\PythonPath", "",
    "[TARGETDIR]Lib;[TARGETDIR]DLLs;[TARGETDIR]Lib\\lib-tk", "REGISTRY"),
