Right. I can't use that for unittest. With the new proposal we *could* automatically use all available plugins, but I think I prefer to only have plugins active that the user has chosen.
This sounds like a situation where a user has more installed than he actually asked for. I guess i am a big fan of "use virtualenv, avoid global installations" and thus don't see the point to have more installed than needed.
