In a nutshell the proposal is to change from this:
python-3.10.0a5.exe python-3.10.0a5-amd64.exe
to this (thanks to Matthew Barnett for the improved names:
python-3.10.0a5-win32-setup.exe python-3.10.0a5-win64-setup.exe
No poll needed, just agreement from the Window people and in particular the person (Steve Dower) who makes the file. Marking the components 'installation' and 'Windows', which I just die, will get their/his attention. (As author, you can also mark components.) -- Terry Jan Reedy
