Just got a note about a paper on a new way of dealing with threads, as presented to the Perl-Porters list. The idea is described in: http://www.cpan.org/modules/by-authors/id/G/GB/GBARTELS/thread_0001.txt I have no time to dive in, comment, or even judge the relevance of this, but perhaps someone else on this list wishes to check it out.
