Yeah, but it sucks.
The problem is that in order to not include the olsen database, pytz would need to be modified to use the system database on Windows.
Quite a lot too, I'd guess since the databases are completely different in pretty much every way, most importantly in the way that they are using different (and insane) names for the timezones. //Lennart
