[Python-Dev] REMINDER: report conduct issues to the Conduct WG

The steering council wants to remind folks that if you have witnessed or experienced any conduct that you think may go against the PSF Code of Conduct to please report those incidents to conduct@python.org. This includes reporting micro-aggressions like feeling dismissed so that any pattern of such behaviour can be detected and handled as a larger issue.
