Combining 'fixed' and 'accepted' into something generic like 'resolved' is no good, since 'not a bug' is also a resolution from our point of view, even if the original author of the issue may not particularly like the answer :)
First two definitions of "resolve" from the American Heritage dict:
1. To make a firm decision about. 2. To cause (a person) to reach a decision.
I think it applies quite well.
