[Python-Dev] Patch to make cgi.FieldStorage iterate over its keys

      Below is a patch to make cgi.FieldStorage iterate over its keys, allowing 
it to behave like any other dictionary in this kind of construct:

     form = cgi.FieldStorage()
     for key in form:
         do something ...
