windows compiler list missing 3.7 details on wiki

On https://wiki.python.org/moin/WindowsCompilers details for 3.7 are missing. I'm assuming its still VC V14 Barry

Yes. Visual Studio 2015 or later can be used (and as this is the only way to get the compiler right now, I think it's fine to list that as the requirement - note that the "Visual Studio Build Tools" installer doesn't include the IDE itself).
