windows compiler list missing 3.7 details on wiki

Yes. Visual Studio 2015 or later can be used (and as this is the only way to get the compiler right now, I think it's fine to list that as the requirement - note that the "Visual Studio Build Tools" installer doesn't include the IDE itself).
