DOAP (http://usefulinc.com/doap) is yet another schema for recording data about software projects. I'd like to add support for it to PyPI; however, before doing that a URL needs to be allocated for the PSF license in the listing at http://usefulinc.com/doap/licenses .

Question: does the PSF license have a version number of its own or do we have to say 'PSF license for Python 2.2' (2.3, 2.4, etc)?
