Frankly, with as many other emails as constantly come in from GitHub, these are a trivially ignorable drop in the bucket and not worth derailing Ezio's work to avoid. If you receive them and they bother you, filter them out in your client.

I completely agree. And I'm sure that testing in an official python repo is a better test than using a private repo. I don't see the harm in an occasional message. Thanks for your work, Ezio. Eric
