I've re-worked the iSilo version of the documenation for the first beta of Python 2.2; each manual is now a separate document for iSilo, so you can pick & choose the documents you need. They are also smaller than the first test version (by about 1/3 of a megabyte), which is a nice savings. This version includes a few post-beta documentation fixes.
