If you want to get the config from a database or LDAP. Is this supported by fileConfig()?
Obviously not, but you should be able to use dictConfig() for that. Mapping the database contents to the dict representation expected by dictConfig() is a domain-specific task that cannot be provided by the standard library, so it's the application's job to provide it.
