No, we first would need to discuss that idea on python-ideas-ideas list.
Why? You've just explicitly said this is an idea for Pycopy, not for Python. Therefore posting here is essentially just wasting the time of everyone who is not interested in Pycopy (likely the vast majority of subscribers to this list).
No, I said that CPython developers have conflict of interest in regard to Python, and want to ban some discussions arbitrarily (or on the ill will).
