I think you may misunderstand. Before they were "done" changes, the changes you listed (aside from unary +) justified being done by reference to concrete, real-world examples that would be improved by them. That's been lacking to the extent that it sounds like what you're really saying is "I want to program $LANGUAGE in Python."
