Actually as I explained in this comment https://mail.python.org/archives/list/python-ideas@python.org/message/426EPANCVEGZV2AZL7MWNG67BTZMORNG I'm never suggesting to make member methods non-modifiable. I'm suggesting to add a keyword that can make **member variables** non-modifiable.
