This is a genuinely interesting option, especially as `pipenv` has already implemented a feature somewhat akin to this: https://docs.pipenv.org/basics.html#specifying-versions-of-python

`pipenv` also allows `pipenv --two` and `pipenv --three` when setting up your initial virtual environment.
