 Agreed. We'll need to first list out the goals of what we can accomplish within the frozen syntax timeframe, and then look at how long it will take to reach those goals. Only then can we decide how long it would be ideal.

Also, even if when this is in effect (+1 fro me by the way), we also need to agree on some kind of exceptions so we're not shooting down at our own feet.
